Mr.
Chetan Dave - CEO & MD of SUN-Apollo Real Estate Advisors Mr Chetan
Davé is the CEO & MD of SUN-Apollo Real Estate Advisors. He has over 17 years
of experience in the real estate industry. From 2004 to 2006, he was Chief Investment
Officer and Head of Development for Transwestern Commercial Services LLC, a privately
held national commercial real estate firm in the United States. He was also on
the Board of Directors and the Executive Committee of Transwestern.
Mr
Davé was formerly Chief Investment Officer and Head of Development for Transwestern
in Houston, Texas. From 1997 to 2004, Mr Davé worked with JP Morgan partners in
New York where he was involved in real estate investments and JVs throughout the
US across major property types.
Mr Davé was a member of the Investment
Committee of the Peabody Real Estate Fund, a global real estate investment fund.
He served on the board of directors of Lillibridge Health Trust, Buildpoint Corp.
and Linkscorp. From 1989 to 1995, Mr. Davé was a practicing architect with design
and management responsibilities for several institutional and commercial projects
in the eastern United States. Mr. Davé has an MBA from Columbia Business School,
New York, an MA in Architecture and Urban Design from Washington University at
St. Louis and a Diploma in Architecture from CEPT, Ahmedabad, India.
